Refunds & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Because our products are personal care items, we do not accept returns. Refunds or exchanges will only be accepted if the item(s) ordered arrive damaged or defective. The fragrances of personal care items are SUBJECTIVE and items cannot be exchanges simply because the fragrance did not work for you. All of our products and shipping are insured. Refunds or exchanges are assessed on a case by case basis. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We also require photographic proof of damage or defect from the time of delivery as shown on your shipping confirmation. Please do not send your purchase back to us.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or through shipping
Gift cards and downloadable digital products are not eligible for return, refund or exchange at any time.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your request for refund or exchange is received along with your receipt or proof of purchase and photographic proof of damage or defect, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved for refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10 business days.
If you are approved for exchange, then your replacement product will be packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your proof of purchase and photographic proof of damage or defect at time of shipping delivery.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, your original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. You will not be responsible for the shipping cost to send you a replacement product in an exchange.
